Job Summary:
Due to an increase in workload, Vital Human Resources are looking to expand our professional team of drivers for one of our major clients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced HIAB driver to handle deliveries across South Yorkshire & Humber.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, reliable, and trustworthy, with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Safely operate a HIAB-equipped HGV to deliver loads to sites across South Yorkshire & Humber
• Secure and transport goods in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with site managers and site teams to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and adhere to company procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• HGV Class 2 Licence
• ALLMI HIAB Licence (or equivalent qualification)
• Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
• Minimum 1 year of experience driving a goods vehicle
• Strong understanding of safe loading and unloading procedures
• Good geographical knowledge of South Yorkshire & Humber region
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• PTS – Personal Track Safety (Desirable)
