- Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
- £33,000 - £35,000 + van + Fuel Card
- Mobile contract covering sites across North London
Responsibilities:
- Carpentry - Door hanging
- Painting & Decorating
- Assembling furniture
- Basic Plumbing
- Drainage & flushing
- Fire alarm/fire door testing
- Grouting & Plastering
- Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
- Basic electrical - lamp changes, sockets
Requirements:
- Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/residential setting
- Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ Painting & Decorating preferable
- Full drivers license
