Job Description:
We are currently seeking a General Foreman to work alongside the Site Manager for our client’s multi million pound commercial/ leisure project in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, managing resources and overseeing Health and Safety on site.
Key Requirements:
- Gold CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- Valid SMSTS or SSSTS
- First Aid at Work certification
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations
- Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
- Monitor materials, equipment and workforce allocation
- Report project progress to Site Manager
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment
Rate of Pay:
£240 - £260 per day
