Concrete Operatives / Gangs – Day Shift (Live Highway Works) – Banbury
We are currently recruiting multiple Concrete Operatives and established gangs for ongoing day work on a live highway project in the Banbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a major, well-established contractor on a large infrastructure scheme.

Location: Banbury
Shift: Day work
Duration: Ongoing, long-term opportunity
Pay Rate: £22 per hour CIS
Positions: Individual operatives and gangs welcome
Responsibilities:
- Pouring, levelling, and finishing concrete on live carriageways
- Working with formwork and reinforcement
- Carrying out repairs and reinstatement works
- Operating tools and equipment safely in a live traffic environment
- Working efficiently as part of a gang or independently
- Following strict health & safety procedures, including traffic management protocols
Requirements:
- Proven experience in concrete works, ideally within highways
- Valid CSCS card (essential for all operatives)
- Highways passport / relevant tickets preferred
- Ability to work safely on live roads
- Gangs must be fully experienced and able to work cohesively
- Strong awareness of health & safety and site procedures
- Reliable and able to commit to ongoing work
- Full PPE required
