We are currently recruiting experienced and passionate Nursery Practitioners to support welcoming nursery settings across the Birmingham area.

This is an excellent opportunity for childcare professionals who are committed to creating positive early years experiences and supporting children's development in safe, engaging environments.

The Role
Supporting children's learning and development through structured play and activities
Creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Following safeguarding and EYFS guidelines at all times
Assisting with daily routines and age-appropriate learning activities
Requirements
Previous nursery or early years experience
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A caring, reliable, and proactive approach
