Recruitment Consultant

Lennox Recruitment has a brand new client in Brentwood, Essex who are looking for recruit a number of Consultants into their team, please see details below:
 

• Junior Consultant or Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant or  Principal Consultants considered 

• Niche industry - all consultants have their own market so no crossover 

• Warm desk - the client work with 80% of the market already 

• Cold calling business development experience essential 

• Contract & Permanent desks available 

• 1-2 days remote working each week (applicable after the first 3 months)

• Base salaries £25-£45K DOE

• Commission paid with no threshold up to 35%

• Regular team social events

• Any previous sector experience considered 

• We are looking for go getting recruiters, with a sense or urgency about the way they work, someone who is money motivated is essential
