We’re recruiting on behalf of a high-growth, international recruitment firm with a strong foothold in cutting-edge industries — from Engineering and Data Centres to Tech and Mission Critical.

They’re looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their HQ in Essex, managing a hot desk across high-demand markets in the EU and US.

• 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥 - Walk into an established desk with active clients, open roles, and live candidate pipelines.
• 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 - Uncapped commission + competitive base salary. Six-figure potential is the norm, not the exception.

• 1–3 years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role (any industry).
• A competitive, high-performance mindset with strong billing ability.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Team player with the confidence to grow and own a desk.
• Must be able to work on-site in Essex (easy transport access).
